License

Svmmon grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the app and any character packs you download or purchase. You may use Svmmon on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell character packs.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's standard terms for In-App Purchases. Character packs and bundles are non-consumable — once purchased they are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on future devices via Restore Purchases in Settings. Mystery Packs are consumable and are not restorable once opened. Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy.

AI character responses

Character responses are generated by an AI model running on your device. They are grounded in real source material but they are not the actual person and can produce inaccurate or made-up answers. Do not rely on Svmmon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment.

No warranty

Svmmon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or any character pack will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any model file shipped with it, except where applicable law explicitly permits it. You may not use Svmmon to harm, harass, or impersonate real people.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for purchases already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
